Recombinant Human Siglec 8, His Tag is a high-purity (>90%, SDS-PAGE) recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning residues Glu18–His155 with a molecular weight of 17.1 kDa. Featuring a C-terminal His tag, this sialic acid-binding lectin is ideal for functional studies involving eosinophil regulation, allergic inflammation, and glycan recognition. Supplied by Gentaur, it is lyophilized in potassium phosphate buffer with NaCl, trehalose, and DTT, tested for endotoxin (<1 EU/μg), and shipped with dry ice for reliable storage at –20°C to –70°C.
