ELISA Pfu 2x Master Mix with Pfu Optimizer (Pfu )

This product is a 2X Pfu DNA Polymerase Mix, plus a separately supplied PfuDNA Polymerase. The mixcontains dNTPs, Mg2+ and Buffer at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. This provides flexibility of optimizing Pfu DNA polymerase activity for each unique reaction and still the convenience that comes with master mixes. 5 x 1mL Quantity. The Pfu DNA Polymerase enzyme is a high-performing, proof-reading polymerase with high fidelity and heat stability.
